In the Business Economic Zone Kromberk in Nova Gorica, there is a plot of land for sale measuring 9,407 m2. It is intended for commercial, business, production, craft, and service activities.

The designated use of the land is areas of building land, with more detailed designated use being economic zones (IG). The building coefficient is 0.74.

Documentation has already been obtained for the issuance of a building permit for the construction of a sales and service center for motor vehicles, intended for the sale, servicing, and storage of motor vehicles, with a floor plan area of 1,647 m2 and a three-story design of K+P+1. A positive opinion has also been obtained from the Institute of the Republic of Slovenia for the Protection of Nature.

The facility will be connected to the planned utility connections of the business zone currently under implementation. The plot is located along the road that runs through the zone.

The zone includes Merkur, Mercator, Tigress ceramic salon, Inox center, Meblo jogi, Marchiol, Euronova, Laborplast, and others.

A part of the land measuring approximately 6,861 m2 is buildable, while another part of the area falls under Natura 2000 and is non-buildable.
