In the Gorenjska region, in Moste pri Žirovnici, we are selling parts of building land with a total area of approx. 4,313 m2, to which belongs land with a forest designation of approx. 23,540 m2 and an agricultural designation of approx. 1,290 m2, as well as roads of approx. 1,106 m2.

The built-up area factor of the land in the residential area (SS) shall be a maximum of 0.35%, and in the rural settlement area (SK) a maximum of 0.40%.

SS - residential areas (possible construction of new residential buildings, multi-purpose buildings ((housing, services, commerce), catering buildings, administrative and office buildings, commercial and other buildings for service activities, etc.)

SK - areas of rural settlement (possible construction of new residential buildings and non-residential agricultural buildings, multi-purpose buildings ((housing, services, commerce)), catering buildings, administrative and office buildings, commercial and other buildings for service activities, certain manufacturing and craft activities, buildings for the performance of religious rites, etc.).
