REPRESENTATION IN ELECTRONIC PUBLIC AUCTIONS

We offer our clients a new service, namely investment advice, participation and representation in electronic public auctions. We guide you through the entire process of selecting a suitable property, for which we then participate in the selected auction within the framework of our agreement and try to obtain it for the best possible price. With a wide range of investment opportunities to choose from, we provide you with the confidence, anonymity and expertise to guide you through the auction process and advise you on the market price level.

Price of representation in case of success at auction:

• 0.5% incl. VAT of the price achieved between 100,000 EUR to 1 million EUR,
• upon agreement for prices above 1 million EUR,
•  610 EUR incl VAT for an auction price below 100 000 EUR.

Price of representation in the event of being unsuccessful at auction:  200,00 EUR incl. VAT

In the event of representation at the auction at the Client's registered office, the costs shall be increased by the cost of transport from our registered office to the Client's registered office and back, and the cost of the time spent on transport at EUR 45/hour incl. VAT.
